"Project Produce" opens with a discussion between Callie and her friend of whether and how a man's size affects his personality, a silly research project assigned to her in her sex therapy class. Callie decides that she will classify men as pickles, cucumbers, and zucchinis to attempt to predict their personalities. I thought most women already knew the answer to this question: a man's size is in reverse proportion to his kindness. So, guys, be nice to the women you meet so that you are not judg...more
This was a fun and flirty read with GREAT sexual tension and a smoking-hot hero. The only thing stopping me from giving this wonderful read a five-star rating was the back-and-forth indecision from Callie, our reluctant heroine. Her mixed messages to Dylan drove ME to distraction a few too many times. He was a saint to put up with it for so long.
There were so many laugh-out-loud moments though that endeared me to Callie once again and I was ready to forgive her anything - just as Dylan was.

First of all, I would definitely recommend this book to a friend. There were several times I laughed out loud and received odd looks from the people around me. I enjoyed Callie and Dylan and their antics.
For me, though, the story line never really peaked or resolved. This is why I only gave this book 3 stars. Yes, there was a bad guy and a showdown, as there should be, but it seemed a little thrown together and abrupt.
Overall, this book is an entertaining read.

Just a comment : I thought this book was great! I enjoyed the lead characters and the many laugh out loud moments! I started this book hoping for a palate cleanser of sorts before starting another series. It was an entertaining and pleasant surprise, and I would definitely recommend it to a friend! Happy Reading :)

“He looked like he’d poured his muscular body into a pair of faded Levi jeans with holes in the knees. Fine black hairs curled enticingly in the deep V of his light blue T-shirt, and a black leather jacket set off the sexy ensemble. Eight ball, corner pocket. Stop that, you wacko!”
