Why I read it : From Deepika Padukone , Sonam Kapoor to Sushmita Sen, big names of Bollywood have left no stone unturned to promote this book. Also, Pooja Makhija was awarded Best Nutritionist at Vogue Beauty Awards 2012.
My experience: This book didn't add any new feathers to my preobtained knowledge. Anybody who has read Rujuta Diwekar's books , can skim through this one in 30 minutes. I wish there were more extensive meal/snack ideas and healthy recipes. Fortunately, a food journal came along

An enlightening read . .This book taught me the ABC of eating right and staying healthy , but implementing is always a different scene altogether , LOL !
Though its a book on nutrition, with every page power-packed with gyan and inspiration, it never ceased to interest me. It is obvious that many of the facts were obvious and known but it is also true that a major amount of the content was brimming with facts unknown or re-establishing the facts that have been overwritten with conclusions of the

This book does not address all the aspects of weight loss program. It just concentrates on the food that we take and most often it exaggerates the amount of focus we should put on food.
