Keep your friends close and your enemies closer...preferably in bed. That's always been Kingsley Edge's strategy with his associate, the notorious New York dominatrix Nora Sutherlin. But with Nora away in Kentucky, now it's Kingsley's chance to take her place at the feet of the only man he's ever wanted -- Søren, Nora's on-again, off-again lover -- until a new threat from...more

Excerpt from 'Two Princes' by the Spindoctors

But I know what a prince and lover ought to be
I know what a prince and lover ought be

4.5 stars. This is the story of The Prince of Kentucky and The King who started out as 'La Petit Prince.'

My favorite of the series so far. The writing was flawless, the suspense was taken up a notch, and some of the characters' secrets were finally starting to spill out from the shadows.

While I thought the poking-fun-at-romance-books segment was a bit overdone (a...more

Tiffany did it again. I used to think Nora was based on her but now I am pretty sure she is more Soren-ish. Poor Andrew, he must be Kingsley!
This book starts just after The Angel. As you might remember Nora was running off (cruel bitch) to meet boring Wesley and Soren was left alone (no worries Sir, I will always be here for you).

This is two books in one, maybe three books in one and let me explain you why...more

I have said it before; The Siren sat me on my ass, The Angel kicked my ass and now The Prince? The Prince owns my ass.

I have been sucked in to the world of The Original Sinners for months; devouring everything that comes out getting to know them better. Just when I think I have a handle on who they are and what they may or may not do I am thrown to the ground gasping for air and reaching for the next story.

The Prince begins where we left off in The Angel. Nora has taken off her shoes and run s...more

All I can say is,
What. A. Book
What. A. Fucking. Brilliantly. Amazing. Book.
Giving it 5 Stars is giving it far too little.

In this book 'The Prince', we learn and read about two Princess, 'The Prince of Kentucky' and 'La Petit Prince.'

5 Glowing, Shimmering Stars!! This book, this series, the writing, the story…all of it screams...UNIQUE…ORIGINAL! It's found its way the top of my all-time favorites, as twisted and f*cked up as it is...I can't get enough!!

I’ve read a lot of great books this year and gotten hooked on some amazing series, but nothing, nothing comes close to the impact I’ve felt with The Original Sinners series, and book 3, The Prince, adds another layer of depth and complex...more

It is always by way of pain one arrives at pleasure.

This is another angsty walk on the wide side with our Original Sinners with three different story lines being told here – Wesley and Nora in Kentucky, Kingsley and Søren’s story in the past and also the present. It’s a painful story, in more ways than one – the physical pain that Søren needs to dish out and the emotional pain that all the characters have to endure to find some small semblance of pleasure and happiness.

More or less I’m a very traditional reader who enjoys traditional type stories, mainly with romances. I’m all for the happily ever after where the main couple ride off in the sunset together and have a bright future with years of happiness to follow because they have one another to rely on. A certain author this year really pushed me into opening my mind and choosing more eclectic types of books. She is Tiffany Reisz, and her Original Sinners series is one of the most “original” and inventive pi...more

Fuck it. No amount of stars can truly describe how brilliant this story is.

…I firmly resolve, with the help of Your Grace, to sin no more and to avoid the near occasion of sin ~ Act of Contrition

Holy shit. Holy shit, HOLY FUCKING SHIT! This was brilliant. I’m in utter awe. No amount of words and no amount of stars can describe how much I love this book/series. With each book, Mistress Tiffany keeps getting better and better. I really don’t know how she does it. To me, nothing in the story was p...more

Original reaction, real review now posted

Loved, loved, loved it!!! I feel the urge to immediately reread the book after staying up all night reading it. I ADORED the Kingsley/Soren storyline, and while Wes/Nora are generally ok, I didn't like their storyline nearly as much.

And what's with the cliffhanger?!?
I don't think the triangle is over and done with, even though the thought crossed my mind at the ending. Now I do know what I want, though. And that's Soren and Kin...more

You know, I’m sitting here not exactly sure where to start with this review. So bear with me while I ramble. I can say as I’ve said before that Tiffany Reisz has a brilliant voice, and I have loved every one of her books in this series, and all of the shorts that involve these characters in this seductive, dark, and alluring world she has created. This is one of the best cast of characters I’ve ever read, Reisz gives each of them th...more

No amount of stars could ever justify this book!

If you're a fan of this series then you'll understand why I can't write a review (or not one good enough to do this book justice)...however I'll grace you with my ramblings, try to keep up!

No sooner do I finish a book by this author and think she can't write anything better...bam, she does it again but 10x better!! WOW was all I could think...and holy effin cliff hanger! She's a sadist because its torture to wait...

Recommendation : This book will take you deep into the world of the Original Sinners and leave you feeling emotionally drained. It is a must read for all who have loved the first two books.

My Nora

It is a tale of TWO Princes... but I'm getting ahead of myself.

This is probably the most information packed book of the series. We find out the past of Soren and King (don't think I'll ever send my child away to any boarding school). Then we catch up with them in the present and the state of their current relation/friend(?)-ship, which read like a mystery novel as they travel from one haunted with memories place to another looking for more ghosts.

The Prince could've been called The Princes because it's really the story of not one, but two princes. Wesley, the Prince of Kentucky and Kingsley Edge, Le Petit Prince. Wesley's nickname comes from his family's wealth. He's the sole heir to the largest horse farm in the world, which is news to Nora. Kingsley grew up being treated like a little prince and being read Le Petit Prince every night by his mother. Both are very important men in Nora's life.

THE PRINCE primarily follows Soren and Kingsley – my two favorite characters in this series – into their past as young, curious students and the present where disappearances and threats cause them to be on high alert. This book also spends considerable time with Wes and Nora in Kentucky where Mistress Nora gets acquainted with Wes’s lifestyle
I think the easiest way to get my thoughts across is to break down the book into its respective parts so bear with me!

Please indulge me for a moment while I “fangirl”:
OMG! This book was just awesome! And OMG! How could she leave me hanging like this!?!

And now on to the review…

Fans of Tiffany Reisz’s Original Sinners series will adore The Prince. The author’s storytelling abilities are extraordinary. It takes a talented author to take a reader completely out of their comfort zone, yet compel the same reader to keep on reading. There, I said it. I’m not always comfortable with everything I read in this series. I...more

Even though as usual I have billon mixed feelings, this book still doesn’t deserve less than 5 big, kinky, sadist stars.
The story again was so twisted, beautiful, wicked and highly emotional, but above all painful. So much sadness…a beautifully written catastrophe-that’s what it is.

Never thought that I would say this, but Kingsley & Soren, The Prince of the Kinky Underground & the meanest and kinkiest Sadist/Dom of them all, stole the show big time from Nora & Wesley, our famous Swi...more

Tiffany Reisz has done it yet again. The Mistress of Mindfuck (yes, Tiffany, that's you) proves that there is no such thing as a sophmore, junior, or any other kind of slump when it comes to her writing. Reading Tiffany Reisz is like reading art, poetry...beauty. Her words just flow, pulling you in and captivating you, making you feel what she wants you to feel.

As reviewed for Read Our Lips! book Blog

Tiffany Reisz is one of the most talented writers putting pen to paper today. Who ever thought a series that mixed Theology, Kinkology and Suspense could work? But it does! And so amazingly! It's sublime. You could say her books are sexual, because hello? But they also are sensual. So, so sensual.

We pick up where The Angel left off. Nora is with her Wesley. So far, we've really only gotten to see the romantic, chivalrous side of Wesley in the series. But i...more

Tiffany Reisz has once again given us another page turner in her third installment of The Original Sinners series. As I stepped into the perverted, kinky, erotic world of Nora Sutherlin and her long time sadistic lover, Father Marcus aka Soren, my main focus was on Nora and young Wesley’s reunion. Book Two had left me torn, confused and anxious. I could hardly wait to find answers to the many questions I had.

Holy batman!!!! Wait that's too mild! How about WHAT THE HELL. WTF?!?!?

I am not even going to sit here and lie. This book took me in a whole other direction I would have never dreamed it would go in when I started reading The Siren. In all honesty, will someone tell me who's "love story" I'm reading here? If that's what this mind fuck would be considered.

Ma raison d'être

Here we go again. This book drained me emotionally completely. If I may quote Her Highness "It was a total mindf*ck". Which now I know, Tiffany is brilliant at it.

When I read first two books, I often wondered, that it could be nice to read a story from one of those darker characters p.o.v. I got what I bargained for and then some, in this book. There wasn't darker place than author could have gone to.

The parts that were written from Kingsley's point of view were absolutely heart...more

This is a must read book. Each book in this series is better than the previous one. The Prince is absolutely amazing! Nora is visiting Wes in all his royalty glory. As the Prince of Kentucky, his ancestral home is in a palace. He on the other hand, like any twenty year old male doesn't want to live at home with his parents. Instead, he stays in the guest house which is a converted slave quarters. How very fitting.

Nora believes it was her decision to come down to spend time with Wes. In actuality...more

“You don’t want to go to her.”
“No,” Søren said. “I want to stay with you.”
“Then stay with me. Stay forever.”

I love Kingsley and I really want him to be happy, but this is impossible with Søren. I believe the priest loved him at some point, but people change, Søren changed, and most important: he met his Eleanor, his Little One, his safe word.

“She always comes back to me, Wesley. You know that.”

Let me begin by saying, Tiffany Reisz's Original Sinners series has quickly become my favorite erotica series. This is not your typical erotica romance. I'm not even sure romance is the correct term to use with this series. Yet there is love, just not in the traditional sense most romance novels are written about. This story is complex, multi-layered, sadistic, endearing, and has ripped my heart out over and over. But I love it. Ms. Reisz has officially put me under her writing spell.

If you’re reading this review, hopefully that means that you have read both The Siren and The Angel. If not, then read no further. Seriously. You will want to start this series at the beginning.
