nice to have this as a reminder of what happened after the incarceration. its simplicity drew out so much rage in me. i didn't get the same emotion from the characters. it leaves me with the question of how do we celebrate the resiliency of AJA's post-incarceration while not falling into stereotypes and sweeping the crap under the rug.
the art was lovely. the textures of the fabrics so gorgeous.
