this is a direct rip off from Ten in the Bed but I still love it! Pig lovers this is a MUST read. It is an older book but with Erin's nightly demands of 5 books I often have to pick from the library shelves. The rhyme is good not too corny. The illustrations are amusing and it has a bit of counting and features numerals so there is a lot worth while in this little pig book.
This is one of my favorite books to read for Storytime. Little Runt is trying to sleep, but his family of hogs are taking up all the room. This story is a cute take on the Roll Over song. The illustrations are bright and colorful. Children enjoy the rhyming and repetition of "Ah, much better!" Great book for preschoolers and young elementary students.
If you ever craved more space in bed, then you can relate to the poor little piggy in Bed Hogs. Of course, when everyone is out and he has the whole bed to himself, he's terribly lonely, but isn't that life - we never really know what we want :) Adorable illustrations coupled with fun rhyming text will make this a bedtime favorite.
Bed Hogs is a cute little story that kids of all ages can enjoy. It has inviting pictures and a fun counting rhyme. Actually the book is counting backwards and could be used to help introduce the concept of subtraction to young children. It also has enough of a plot line to interest an older child. It was a big hit at our house.
At bed each night, Little Runt gets squished and squashed by his family of pigs until he finds a way to kick them all out of bed. But not until he is all alone, cold and scared does he realize how much he actually likes those bed hogs! Great rhythmic text coupled with cute illustrations makes this a perfect bedtime story.

Another family favorite! The runt of the litter is overcrowded and over-bothered at night by his pen-mates. He manages to get the bed all to himself, only to find that he's lonely! It reminds me of that song "Three bears in the bed and the little one said - ROLL OVER!" Adorable illustrations. A great "over and over" bedtime book.
