This was an excellent reference for issues on families and aging. The text was clear and the authors didn't spend a bunch of time just spewing statistics at the reader. It was thoughtful and presented the readings (some studies, some poems, some opinion pieces taken from other sources) in a way that insights critical thinking of the issues associated with families and aging.
