This book is great as far as NA books go. It isn't utilized nearly enough. At least, that is the case in my area. On the area level, I am sure people have at least heard of it, but I don't know who has read it. As for individual groups and various committees, that's different. Nobody who chairs my home group has heard of it, i'm sure. This is just something everybody who is sincerely interested in getting into service work should read.
