I first read this bookin high school, and I think it still shapes how i think about health today. The collection of abs exercises is comprehensive, and the multi-phase, multi-level ab routine is so much better than most fitness programs that you'd find in a book. I also love their coverage of wellness. No hype, no salesmanship (so many fitness books read like QVC informercials!)...they just outline their view of healthful living.
