Ce livre contient une collection de textes écrits par Hermann Hesse, tout au long de sa carrière, dans lesquels il s'adresse directement au lecteur, sur un ton de causerie, pour développer ses opinion sur des sujets divers, comme par exemple l'art, les promenades ou les voyages, et comment en profiter vraiment. J'ai beau essayer, je n'arrive jamais à être accroché par cet auteur, sans doute car son mysticisme me rebute. Je n'aime pas non plus le coté artiste incompris, qui vit comme isolé au ...more

Knjiga za tiste, ki se želijo napojiti z idealizmom, nahraniti svojo romantično dušo, se vsaj v branju pokloniti pristnim in starinskim vrednotam in najti uteho v sebi ter lepih stvareh okrog nas. Spet sem dobil občutek, da je Hesse pravi avtor predvsem za odraščajoče in za starajoče bralce. Morda še za tiste, ki jim je dano presanjati se skozi celo življenje. :-)
