The book is filled with wonderful photographs. It gave very brief but informative, and some unknown facts of Custer. I would have liked a tad more information, but the book itself was written to cover exactly what the author intended. Having so many photos was a wonderful way to follow, and picture the locations of the events.

I learned about Custer's civil war record. How come he missed the first campaign into Montana because that he had to go to Washington DC.
I covered alot of the stuff about Custer nobody talks about. That really tipped me to this book. It had a lot of photographs so I could really sink in the locations he was at.
