I am obsessed with this book. It's by a guy who lives in Maine and looks like Corky St. Claire from Waiting for Guffman. He didn't become a photographer until he was 32. And that's okay, because that's probably going to be the age when I get smart and start summering in Maine. Maine is too good to be true. I love every image in this book. I also love that it's divided by seasons.

A beautiful depiction of Maine's seasons throughout the year through photographs and accounts from Mainers and Out-of-Staters. Does not help my want to go back and visit!
