Up-to-date information on geriatric cognitive functioning, neurological principles at play, and the general tendencies we find in the aging brain. Reading this book as an SLP I even found some good rehashing of evidence based practice approaches to STM interventions! The main question I had when I picked this book up was, "What does the aging brain look like?" interested in cognitive, function, and behavior.
