I was reading this book while I was at a meditation retreat with the author. So I was lucky enough to put into practice the wonderful wisdom that is in this book. I love Will's approach to meditation. It's so beautiful and profound. 8 days of continuos meditation seemed like a joyful walk in the park. no strain, no resistance. So profound. I recommend it to meditation lovers.
Small book but has gems of practical points. I have not encountered such useful view in other works I have read. Will has a clear way of instructing. I am a beginer and helped much by the book.

a poetic and easy to understand read. A direct pointing to who we are and how to return to just that. A very practical and useful book for ALL meditation practitioners. The suggestions in this book are a very valuable tool to keep with you in meditation.
