This author has a great style of telling stories. Spinning Dixie moves in between current day and the time of this story. Apparently there's a book that actually comes before this one. I have yet to read it but DEFINITELY plan on it. This book is lighthearted and an easy one to pick up and read quickly.
Delightful tale about the modern clash of Northern "aggression" with Southern pride.

Dezenhall is witty and intelligent. I enjoyed his company.
Not impressed--very difficult to stay focused
