The CD can be a bit awkward and repetitive, but has some good notes on breath technique. The reader may want to read the book and try the CD, then put together their own practice based on what they remember and enjoy rather than use the CD every time.

Read this book while taking a meditation course of the same name by Gabriel Rocco at the Wellness Center of Philadelphia. The book is very helpful--with a sound CD included--in learning and practing this
powerful sound meditation form.
