Totally suspenseful! Another great one by Clark. You really can't go wrong with these novels. They are easy reads with twisting, exciting plots...especially this one.

I've read all of the MHC books that are out on paperback and I really enjoy them and they are a fast read. I did learn my lesson about making sure my husband was home when I read them b/c I got a little creeped out one night when I was home alone and the book I was reading had a character stalking her outside of her house. I just picked a few of my favorites for my bookshelf so it didn't get too crowded.

Going on with both the mystery/thriller genre and autographed copies of books, I chose to re-read this old favorite of mine. It definitely is my favorite book by Mary Higgins Clark. I am a sucker for Multiple Personality Disorder (Dissociative Identity Disorder) books...
What was somewhat depressing was how little of it I actually remembered and I have read this more than once or twice before... but my forgetfulness did make it a good book to re-read!

I underestimated the book. I never read Mary Higgins Clark's book except this one, I certainly chose the right one to read because this book is a great book. It's about a woman with abusive past because she once kidnapped by a couple, the man used to rape him all the time. In order to survive, she created another personalities. I vaguely remember how many are her personalities since I read years ago, but it was a brilliant book.

Exactly what I was looking for in a good thriller. I loved the exploration of a person suffering with MPD...it added so much suspense and depth to the story!
As with all of her books, once you get remotely close to the conclusion, it is near impossible to put the book down. LOVED IT

The story involves a schizophrenic person. I know about this mental illness only from books and movies, and it's always hard to believe that ppl commit a crime and then cannot remember a thing about it. And that's exactly why it's hard to prove in court.

It was a good and easy read. The plot twists were awesome and it wasn't predictable at all.
The thing about books that gets you which movies often spoil is the point of suspense and how the climax is given.
Books can't get you wrong! That's why I love 'em! Another cheery-up!

All M.H.C. books have the same theme, attractive smart woman as main character unknowingly in a lot of danger while you meet a few attractive male characters. One of the male characters is the killer, the other the love interest and you don't get to know which is which until the end. (If you don't figure it out in the first 3 chapters.)

I love this book. The story was about multiple personalities. It's amazing to follow the main character here where she doesn't know what she done in particular time. And it makes me wondering and guessing what she can do. Interesting.

It has been years since I read all these MHC books but I remember this being one of the two that really hooked me. From the day I read this on, I picked up every MHC book I could get my hands on.

These books are fun, easy reads. They all sort of blend together after you've read a few. I like how she ties all her characters together at the end of each book.

This is a great book. I had to read it for my psychology class at university. Such a good book, whether you are forced to read it or not!

I liked the whole concept of multiple personality disorder. Most of her books are way too predictable but I'd recommend that one.
