I'm really not a cook, I think. But if I were, I might be more excited about this book. It gives a good overview of all the different gluten-free flours, and talks about how to use bread makers to make gluten-free bread, and ... more. I'm just a simpler person when it comes to food. Maybe someday I'll get into this. Maybe when I miss bread enough.
