I haven't tested every recipe, but the breadth of the book is nice, the design isn't too painful, the pictures are good, and (thank god) every recipe isn't an attempt to recreate the Methodist summer picnic by making fake pink fluff. Great cookbook for those needing to pursue this sort of diet due to learning disabilities, digestive issues, autoimmune disease or just wanting to eat healthier and/or lose weight! Lots of great pictures, clear instructions, easy to find ingredients, not too time consuming and all we have tried so far have been quite good.

I wish there were more photos, so I can get a visual of what I'm making. The hazelnut-vanilla pancakes are to die for. Not too sweet, but no syrup really necessary either. Overall, really great book and some fantastic ideas.

This cookbook adds so much flavor and veggies into the SCDiet recipes it shares.
