This short book tells the story of about 17 dogs (or groups of dogs) which the author met while working as a transporter for various dog rescue organizations. Each story includes photos of the dogs, what was known about their origins, how the dog was rescued and information when available on the dogs ultimate forever home. For readers unfamiliar with these wonderful volunteers and the Dog Rescue Railroad, this book will be of interest.
