Wow I couldn't put this book down. It was kind of crazy and wtf and melodramatic but thats why I loved it. Prince Ricardo and Gabrielle must marry or Gabrielle who is only 19 years old will be left peniless. She accepts but is determined to defy him and show him she is not his for the taking. ofcourse she falls in love with her husband despite her will. This book will instantly grab your attention. The ending wasn't the way I would have ended the book, but it is still a great read, and will make you believe in fairy tale love.

All the right elements but I didn't connect with either the hero or the heroin. The story was flat (one dimensional). It was too simplistic and remarkably similar to Society Bride.

This was an ok book. I found the story a bit predictable, and maybe that's why it took me so long to finish reading this book.

Good read i started reading and didn't put it down. I was a little unhappy with Prince Ricardo only in the aspect as to how he handled his ex-mistress. But Ricardo and Gabrielle's story was fun and sad.
