Jodi
Any lawyer practicing law that touches on child custody should read this book. Well-researched and thoughtful, the book addresses the problem that is endemic to family law: that although we say custody is "in the best interest in the child," in practice, custody is generally determined on the basis of the best interests of the parents.

Custody disputes will never be clear-cut, but the author persuasively argues for a better procedure than current practices.
