This book seems like the bible for Allergy free cookbooks.. at least it's really popular from what I can tell. It might be "the one" for me to buy.

I became interested in this book thanks to one of my homeschooling friends. There are a ton of recipes in here that don't contain sugar (or any artificial sweeteners) but use honey or guava nectar--and they are delicious. Part of my plan to eat healthy and live a long, fulfilling life with my family!
