Adorable British chef Sophie Michell strays just a bit from her usual ultra-healthy fare in this elegant volume of fine cuisine. She is a well-traveled chef and her influences include Lebanese and Italian traditions. The book includes light meals (a tapas-like collection of sandwiches, soups, and salads) as well as main meals, well-balanced entrees that include starch and vegetable side dishes.
