3.5 stars. When I picked this book up, I thought it would be more of a discussion of spending habits and consumer decisions that resulted in our current infatuation with debt. It wasn't. It was a description of legislation, the financial sector, and economics and how all of those forces contributed to our current financial system and indebtedness.
