This is a non-fiction story about 12 youngsters who lived through the Nazi Holocaust. I've read several books about the Holocaust but this one opened my eyes to several important components that I had not known. The fact that the author was from Purdue and all of the 12 came to be outstanding faculty at Purdue, where I worked, was an added dimension.
