And during all this, while the Strangers transfer some of their power to Princess Ui, Ui says, without opening her eyes, that she was bo ...more

The middle volume of Tanemura's three-book shojo fantasy series Time Stranger Kyoko is all too aware that the end is near. It burns through plot at a ferocious speed, leading slower readers in its dust. Relationships are formed, hearts are broken, and suddenly this light and fluffy tale of a girl collecting stones has turned several shades more devious.

Kyoko has finally started finding some of the 12 telepaths. She discovers that the telepaths are the heads of the Kirito tribes. When she finds 4 out of 12, Ui starts talking. However, will Kyoko be able to survive the emotional blow that Ui blows?

That was... just plain bad.

Stuff gets thrown at you from left-field without remotely any foreshadowing early on. There are art inconsistancies (view spoiler). There were plenty besides what's in the spoiler tag that felt like Tanemura was making this up as she went. The
Just find it a bit hard to follow, and there's nothing captivating about it.
I am really enjoying this series and seeing how all the characters are developing as well as how the plot is evolving. I am looking forward to reading the next volume and finding out how things turn out.

Contains Chapters 5 - 9
Chapter 05: Definitely A Wonderful Love Song
Chapter 06: Empire of Sand, Paradise of Water
Chapter 07: Love = Desire to Protect
Chapter 08: A Replica of the Princess
Chapter 09: No Matter How Many Times You Break The Bond, I Will Mend It
whoa...!!! why do they get married? doesn't that mean its the end of the series? why is there a third book? whats ganna happen to her real dad? why is ui so atached to hizuki? how do you pronounce ui anyway? why do i have soooo many questions?!?!?!

A cute shojo manga. I love the drawings, but the story's a little out there. Still a wonderful manga to read.

Re-read, and everything happens so fast. I still really liked it.
It's very interesting. Cannot wait to see the ending of this manga.
