"I, Denise Cooke, take thee, Redford DeMoss, to be my lawful husband..."

No, wait...I did that already--three years ago in a Vegas chapel after one too many Long Island Iced Teas. I married a hunky U.S. Marine I'd met only hours before. (The uniform did it.) The wedding night--week--was spectacular. Then Redford went back to the Gulf. And I went back to my real life as a Ne

Light, Sexy Fun
Three years ago being stranded alone in Vegas and lubed up on alcohol slipped the collar of respectability off stingy, staid, and prim financial planner Denise Cooke. In a whirlwind packing the punch of an F5 tornado, she met stunningly gorgeous U.S. Marine Redford DeMoss, married him at a chapel's drive through window, and spent a week celebrating before returning to her life in New York City while he went back to duty overseas. It didn't take long for the combi

Needed something quick and not to "heavy" to read while spending a couple of days in various waiting rooms. This is just the trick.

Cute story about two folks who got hitched on the spur-of-the-moment in Las Vegas. He goes on deployment and she goes back to her "normal" life. Six weeks later she has the whole thing annulled. Three years later the IRS wants to talk to them and BOOM....sparks are still there. Can two people who barely knew each other and from two completely different backgrounds fi
Ah, I read a Harlequin! Sue me. But I read this since the plot reminded of a favorite mystery (Gabriella Herkert's Catnapped) which started out the same way, with a girl reuniting with her enlisted man from a Vegas fiasco wedding. It was a cute little story, I've read this author's mystery series and like it a lot. I thought the characters spent more time denying each other, then they relented and were together. Poof. I just didn't think there was much growing. I'm curious about some of the stuf ...more

Ali got crazy one weekend and married Sam. Upon arrival back home she realized what a huge mistake she made and alluded the marriage. Several years later Sam shows back up, just when Ali thinks she has moved on she soon find out she hasn't. I really enjoyed this book. The premise was fun and the whirlwind romance, part two, was sweet.

The "Running of the Brides" cracked me up. The lengths a woman will go to to get the perfect wedding dress. :D Another fun Blaze romance.
For me this was a fun read with a quirky main character and a hot studd! I enjoyed reading this novel and was surprised it was a Harkequin.

Great story. I just wish it was longer. I wanted more of these two.

The story summary listed is not the correct one for this book.
