This is supposed to be classified as erotica but compared to Rosemary Rogers and Bertrice Small, I didn't find it that graphic. The story line is what makes the book and I am somewhat puzzled by this as it seems ti be divided into two stories. First we start out with Phoebe and a befuddled character named Ned who is Devil DeVere's best friend. (I had thought the hero of this book would be Devil DeVere but he only makes appearances) Ned has a daughter named Vesta. When Vesta is brought to London...more
Surprisingly much better than I expected. There were two stories, each revolving around (sort of) Viscount DeVere. My biggest disappointment was that each story was so short. Just when I was getting into the story it was already over. I will definitely be reading more from Victoria Vane.
