This book was much better than I anticipated. Lots of helpful and "doable" advice. I particularly liked the "worry break" ideas, the brain exercises, and the way he approached food and exercise issues. My only complaint is that you really had to read the whole book to do the plan correctly. I would have preferred it been set up week to week rather than each chapter dealing with a particular issue. I have really had to take notes and outline in order to get keep the plan straight in my head. So I ...more

The steps are not simple. The premise that a diligent reader can shed 10 years in 10 weeks is preposterous.
The steps may be useful, but the urgency of making all of the changes within a 10-week window is ridiculous.
Still, the conscientious reader-who-follows-a-plan can benefit from information about supplements, diet, skin care, muscle strength, and immune system strengthening.

I'm a believer in anti-oxidants. This book does advise quite a lot of supplement-taking, so skip it if it is not your thing. Otherwise, good advice, mainly.
