A century ago, the great Kant scholar Hans Vaihinger published a two-volume commentary of 1066 pages that deals only with the introduction and the “Transcendental Aesthetic” of the Critique! --Guyer & Wood

That would break down to 1066 pages of commentary covering pages ::

1-49 in the first edition of 1781
1-73 in the second edition of 1787
37-93 in Meiner edition by Schmidt (1990)
127-192 in the Cambridge, englishing by Guyer & Wood.

Whether or not the Prefaces are treated, I cannot say. But
