Informative lists regarding fruits, veggies and other foods and nutrients. Some of the information seems somewhat simplistic. Interesting read, but don't see myself going raw anytime soon!

Marie Sarantakis is fluent in Greek and English. She was home-schooled throughout much of her education and enrolled at Carthage College at the early age of sixteen. Marie Sarantakis graduated from Carthage College, magna cum laude, and studied political science, philosophy, and the sociology of religion as a Clausen Scholar.
