Author Christie Anderson did an awesome job of slipping in back story details so well that I didn't even realize that I was reading Book 2 without reading Book 1,which I didn't do on purpose. There is never a dull moment in Sadie and Rayne's story.I really enjoyed this read and can't wait for the next book to see what happens next.
At the beginning I felt bad for Ash. I thought he was a good guy and then he starts to prove me wrong.Although he is torn due to circumstances beyond his control and al...more

I really enjoyed Rogue Wave and finished it rather quickly. This was the kind of book when I did put it down, it stayed on my mind until I could get back to reading. I wasn't entirely sure where this story would go next after Deep Blue Secret but I was pleasantly surprised with it. Sadie knows that the feelings she has for Rayne are just a side effect of their bond. She is unsure whether or not she wants to continue on with their fake relationship though. I really like Sadie but she could get fr...more

I was thrilled to get the chance to read the sequel to Deep Blue Secret so soon after completing the book because I am honestly addicted to this series. You know what's difficult about reviewing so many amazing books? If they are in a series, I am literally dying on this side of the screen to read the next book. I bet you wouldn't find it surprising if I told you I am probably the most impatient person you'll ever meet. Waiting is not my talent so the fact that I didn't have to wait is perfect f...more

I had the opportunity to give this manuscript a read before it "hit the shelves". Lucky me! The 2nd book excels in action in comparison to the 1st. Sadie is still your typical teenager, but thankfully lacks that blonde stereotypical air-head nature ;-) Anderson is not afraid to get your heart racing with her plot progression of certain loved characters. As with the first, Anderson leverages her story more on the romance rather than paranormal. With that said, the last few chapters give you plent...more

Their feelings are just an illusion. Now, with graduation and college right around the corner, Sadie realizes she can't put off the inevitable any longer. She has to make a choice. Take the easy way out and run away from her problems, as usual, or move forward with courage and discover her own destiny. But when Ash H...more

I can say I really, really, really loved this book. I did like the first one Deep Blue Secret a lot, but this one just takes off from there and becomes absolutely amazing. I just love Rayne so much. Can I have one? He is perfect.

This book stayed with me so much, I kept dreaming about it, and thinking about it, and had a book hangover. I didn't even want to pick up another book, but I had to, as I have more review books to read, all ones I want to read, but that just tells you how much I was alre...more

THIS IS A MUST READ. Go Get it ASAP. The first book, Deep Blue Secret was a wonderful read. The second book, Rogue Wave. WOW!!! I absolutely loved this book. The world that the author has created is simply put, AWESOME. I love how much is revealed about Rayne and his home. The realtionship of Sadie and Rayne evolves and is so fun to watch and be a part of. I can not wait for the sequel. Well done Christie.

I really enjoyed this book, i read a lot of romances that deal with the fantastical elements of the world, and this was the first book that i have read where the people whi have these gifts use it for the greater good. We don't have a heronine who is weak, but one who is styrong enough to realize that sometimes she does need help and isn't afraid to ask for it.

Basically the best book I have ever read. Very well written. The suspense made it even more thrilling to read. Don't think I can wait till Christie Anderson get to her new house in Colorado and finishes Ambrosia Shore in 2013!!

What can I say but...Christie has done it again. Completely entertaining; I could put it down. Once again I am bummed that I finished reading it so soon and now have to wait a full year until the next book.

I am really enjoying this series and I loved the 2nd book even more than the first book! Sometimes I feel like the dialogue drags on too long, but otherwise I really enjoy the easy, clean reading! I really wish there such thing as healing water...and Rayne :)

I loved so much about this book! The premise is completely unique from anything I have read before, the plot is intriguing, and overall this book is a quick fun read. My major complaint would be it seemed to take too long to shift from the relationship between the two main characters back to all the other exciting things going on in the story, but it still moved fast enough for me to have a hard time putting it down. Overall, I recommend this book. Plus, last I looked the first book in the serie...more

I much preferred the first book, this one seemed way to verbose and took a long time to get into the action.

Wow.
That's all I can say.
It was just so amazing, I loved this one so much! I loved the first one for the mystery behind Rayne, but now, all the action, romance and the actual storyline, I just loved this one so much, that I read it all in a matter of 5 hours. AMAZING. I can't wait for the third in the serious, "Ambrosia Shore"*Squeal*
I don't think I can wait till 2013
I don't think I can handle the anticipation and giddiness building in me..!

I loved this book! Had a couple of sleepless nights to finish reading. I loved how the relationship evolved more between Saddie and Rayne, the explanation more of Rayne's world, just the story in general. Now I have to wait anxiously until the 3rd book next year. Can't wait to find out what happens.
