Letting Jack Watch
by
Katheryn Wallis (Goodreads Author)
Edmonton cop Jack has one rule for dating-don't get emotionally involved. A string of short-term flings leaves him dissatisfied, though, and he starts to envy his partner, Jeremy, who's been dating curvy redhead Caitlin for a year. Then Jack glimpses something forbidden-and realizes a glimpse is not enough. For Caitlin and Jeremy, letting Jack watch began as an accident an...more

Two stars for the story not the writing. The writing was well done but what we have here is a story of a threesome with the classic "guys don't even touch eachother" theme because they are NOT gay. And the fact that they were "sharing" her was just weird. One even days one got PDA and odd days the other did. What? And no one was jealous. Hmmm. Okay
This is one hot little appropriately titled novella. Jack and Jeremy are not only best friends they are partners at work also. Jeremy has been with his girlfriend Caitlin for close to a year. They have a solid relationship and are very happy together. One night when Jack is over at Jeremy’s apartment he catches a glimpse through the bedroom window of just how happy Jeremy and Caitlin are together. Jack can’t stop himself from watching. He is so turned on by what he sees.

What if the one you’ve been looking for has been standing right in front of you, but belongs to someone else?
A betrayal in his last serious relationship left Jack wanting nothing more than no-strings attached affairs with women who wouldn’t get emotionally involved. This worked for a while until Jack started noticing his friends’ relationships and the companionship he was missing. When asked to describe his perfect girl Jack didn’t ha...more

Jack and Jeremy have been best friends since they were partnered together on the Edmonton police force. Jeremy is in a committed relationship with Caitlin, while Jack has playing the field and running from the broken heart he suffered the prior year. Jack doesn't realize that he might just have a thing for Caitlin until he accidentally sees and then watches Jeremy and Caitlin together one night.

I think, based on the acknowledgments, that this is a new author. If so, I hope she has more stories to tell, because this was pretty good.
Cops Jack and Jeremy are partners. Jack is commitment shy. A while back, he thought he was in love, but then the girl ended up dumping him for another guy. He was pretty flattened by that, and started moving through a period of meaningless hook-ups. In the meantime, Jack and Jeremy met Caitlin via a self-defense course. Caitlin was initially attracted to Jac...more

Prude that I am - this is the first erotica book I've ever read so have nothing to compare it to. So inexperiened though I am I'm guessing plot etc generally isn't that important. While it was simple there was a clear story line and well drawn likeable characters. I really did enjoy the book and cared about how the characters would sort out their love triangle. I was impressed with the author's style of writing and how with ease she created real beleivable characters and settings. I had a real s...more
This was a HOT little read. I thought the progression of the exhibition/voyeur games was natural and truly tempting to read. All of the aspects were realistic IMO. The couple and their friends were all well rounded characters that I enjoyed reading. There was a bit of drama, but overall this was a feel-good, sexually driven tale that left me with a smile on my face, and a seriously elevated heart rate.
If you enjoy exhibitionist behavior, this book is SOOOOO for you.

Kindle Smut Group September Read. The provocative title says is all really, LOL. Entertaining but (view spoiler)
Really enjoyed this mfm contemporary story. The characters were great. The author did a good job showing some of the troubles moving from a mf relationship into mfm. Fans of exhibitionism and voyeurism will love this book. Looking back on the book my only reservation is (view spoiler)...more
The writer did a synopsis of scenes that ended only two paragraphs before. And she is seriously proud of her (I assume) Canadian/Edmonton heritage. There are several lessons right down to the history of each light rail stop! Seemed odd that Jeremy and Caitlin ever discussed the fact that she gave Jack her undies after that one encounter. Jeremy and Caitlin didn't seem to discussed much of anything until they brought up having a threesome. These are really small issues that are totally wiped clea...more
