After my recent stay at a holistic retreat I revisited this book. My intention was to better assist myself in staying on track with daily wheatgrass (i.e. "WG") juicing as I am having many difficulties with the taste, smell, etc since completing an extremely thorough detoxification. Much better than Sproutman's Sprouts: The Miracle Food: The Complete Guide to Sprouting, mainly because it rambles less. It has the feeling of a book that was written in 1975, though, and at times it gets a bit wishy-washy. On the whole, this is a solid overview of the benefits of wheatgrass as part of a daily routine and also as a treatment against serious illness -- like cancer.
I read this after Ann Wigmore's book. It has a lot of information on how to grow your own, something in which I'm definitely interested. I've seen amazing results with wheat grass and other greens this year.

A plethora of knowledge, a great read to all interested in improving their health and longevity
Good informative book, going to have a go at growing some of this miracle cure for my own
I found it is not a book to read cover-to-cover, but more of a skip around read.
Don't waste your time.
