The exciting story of how Genghis Khan founded an empire. Gregory is extremely deft at telling epic stories in comic book form. Definitely a fun read, especially right after Jack Weatherford's Secret History of the Mongol Queens. Anyone with an interest in this unique moment in history will enjoy this book.

An interesting over-view of the life and times of Genghis Khan. The narrative flows smoothly, and the art captures the feel of the era.

A graphic novel told from the point of view of Genghis Khan is too intriguing not to read.
