i mean, come on. he lists practically every single bottle of wine that has ever been produced in israel. and has an eight line paragraph with history, tasting notes, and a 100-point ranking ranking, and this book is still palatable. as in readable. it's really good. i mean, if you're looking for the indispensable pocket guide to buying cheap wine in tel aviv, that hasn't been written yet - though i'm looking for an advance if anyone wants to spot a guy a couple hundo - but if you're more curious ...more
