This is a nice - one-chapter-a-night-before-bed type of book, to try to center yourself, redirect your focus, etc. It has a spiritual basis to making a more peaceful home, a more successfully running home & family, and finding and developing your strengths as a mom (and wife - so not real relevant to single moms on that front). This book opened my eyes to building my family and home on holy ground. I loved the message of the book, I loved the tips and advice, and I loved that it gave me opportunity to reflect in my role as woman, mother, and daughter of our Lord.
