I like it!

A nice, quick overview of some "do or die" sales ideas. Not all are terribly useful unless you do plan to actually participate in the customer/salesperson-type interactions, but there is a little something for everyone in here. Not too shabby!
Some really solid advice on selling. I particularly liked the chapter " Put the Prospect's Interest First. " This book was very beneficial.
