Gotta love all the Dora books. This is set just like the tv show so there can be so much interaction while reading. Gotta call map and save the princess. As my daughter says when we read this I want to jump in a book too, it would be such an adventure.

The adventure parts are cool, and I'm glad the witch isn't "ugly", but i wish her nose wasn't noticably bigger than the other human characters, and i definitely wish this story didn't advocate jumping on ("into") books.
Abysmal. But the message told at the end - that anyone can feel like a prince or princess if they are kind, brave, and help their friends - is nice. Except the story itself doesn't really reflect that.
My four year old daughter loves Dora. SHe asks me to read this to her.
