Beautiful little book of poetry by this Slovenian poet who was born in Serbia. Especially poignant as my wife is from Bosnia and some of his poetry is about the siege of Sarajevo. I liked the way Boris used words. Sometimes it felt like he was playing with words like a child playing with a sandcastle of words on a Croatian beach. My only wonder was that did he truly believe in the magic of the words he was writing or was fashion lending him its fragile grace as someone once said. Here are some ...more
