Here's a book that's probably very hard to find and only of interest to expatriots who live in Taipei or elsewhere in Taiwan. Riveting and absolutely eye-popping, it has to do with Taiwan's most-wanted felon kidnapping the (South African) Alexander family in their own home, in Taipei, Taiwan.
