This is truly the best non-fiction book I've read in a good while. The author's depth requires a thoughtful reading; no
rushing through this one. Each page is full of sentences that make you stop and say "Ah!" I feel as though I learned
quite a bit reading it while at the same time the information rang true to my own experience. I enjoyed the fact that the
author pulled from different sources: Christian, Buddhist and modern wisdom figures as well as those well known from
