This story is about a dysfunctional family but primarily about the main character, Joaquin's life while starting off his career as a young doctor.

There are a lot of things I really liked about this book and a few things I didn't. Every part of the story that centered around the family issues was super interesting and kept me very wrapped up in the drama.
