A surprisingly helpful book in light of the fact that it was originally written (by a baby boomer) over 12 years ago; but this 2nd edition is recently re-written. This Inter Varsity staff veteran recites the typical descriptors of the post-modern person. But the genius of this work lies in the practical helpfulness and articulation of a framework for approaching the Postmodern ministry discussion. Helpful book. Nothing earth shattering that Authors like Stetzer or Webber don't cover. Also, took a little longer to get through than I liked, so it is a bit wordy. Still, a handy resource for one's missional library.
