Recovery Inc. is a very helpful program for good mental health.

Somewhat simplistic, but overall a positive and helpful self-help book for practical, everyday thinking--thinking that empowers the individual. I look at it as offering mottos to life, such as not being afraid to make mistakes--embrace them!, but generally the book had an edge of annoying. I found Low paradoxically empathic and open-minded sometimes; other times, generalizing and dismissive of the individual.

Weird. Teaching people specifically how to think and talk. Lobotomy of sorts. A method more than an education, enlightenment or philosophy. Strange.
