Complete and utter bullshit. I expected at least *some* information about kahunas and their work in traditional Hawaiian religion. But the book starts off by saying that none of the kahunas would ever tell the author any of their secrets, then has a *really* thin explanation of how he "discovered" the secrets of their magic by studying the words in the Hawaiian dictionary. After like two pages of that it launches into hundreds of pages of unsupported baloney about spiritual selves and connection ...more
This book changed my life! Although it has been reprinted, I also have the paperback. Working through this book gives you the how and why it works. I took out the christian concepts on all his books and found that it works with any religion. Much like zen.
