This is an informational book that talks about sound and different examples of sound all around us. This book would be of great use during a lesson about sound and the different parts including volume, pitch, and vibration. This book would be great to explore pitch and volume in a first grade classroom or for fourth graders to investigate sound and see how it can be changed by varying vibrations.
This is a great book for students to read when wanting to learn about sound. The simplified text allows the younger reader to comprehend. The book also offers activities that can be done inside the classroom or at home with household items.
