This author definitely likes desserts with rather unusual ingredients, but bacon, otherwise known as divine swine, can be an interesting addition to some desserts! A cholesterol-laden heart attack on a plate if indulged in too often, but delightful for the occasional treat!
This was a free book I received on Kindle and my teenage son loves it. Made Peanut butter and bacon cupcakes (sounds weird and not for the diet conscious) and he has bragged about them on Facebook.
