This book really helped me to understand how to be a more emotionally consistent person. In one part he talks about how important it is to concentrate on what you're thinking about to control your emotions and not letting your emotions control you. But honestly he covers soooo much more. GREAT BOOK!

I picked up this book by looking at great rating and reviews. However, I am pretty disappointed with it. Neither this book provided any convincing guidance on developing people skills nor its an enjoyable read of successful deployment of such skills. Its pretty average with repititon of what is already known without any details or exercise of how to be consistent in doing these.
