I used this guide to ID some mushrooms I found in Vermont. It's really clear and easy to use. It's really awesome if you're only interested in the excellent or super poisonous mushrooms. I use this one as my goto field guide because it's easier and I have the Simon and Schuster guide at home for the ones that aren't here.

So helpful if you're a beginner at picking wild mushrooms. It has some of the lesser known but equally appetizing mushrooms and is an easy field guide to start with.
